If your order arrives damaged, defective or not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery at our contact page with your order number and photos.

• Approved returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the item.
• Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
• Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are shipped.
